This borrows from the Goring Gambit (which borrows heavily from the danish gambit) but in essence, our goal is to give away a few pawns and to receive compensation with an extremely dangerous position eyeing up blacks kingside. In my opinion, doing this within the Ruy Lopez makes sense, because we have weakened the opponents queenside and are attacking their kingside, which is a psychological nightmare. We also get black out of Ruy theory pretty much straight away with our weirdness
