Jobava London players inevitably run into Kings Indian Defense and Grunfeld lines. This course provides a trappy lines one can play in response. I’ve also added a few basic Dutch defense lines so these show up when playing arena.

Simplified Pirc course with a functional arena feature. (For unknown reasons, arena isn’t functional in my other Pirc course.) the lines in this course are simpler than the other one, but the lines do still cover most of the main ideas of the opening.

Study of a Pirc defense response to the 150 attack. The goal of the early queen move to the h file is to apply enough pressure to the queenside to prevent queen side castling by white. Once that’s achieved, play chess!

The Pirc and KID are sister openings. This course unifies the approach, and allows for easy transpositions between them.

Lately when playing the Pirc defense against the 150 attack, I actually find myself enjoying castling into the attack and then defending wiht a number of counterintuitive moves my opponent doesn't expect me to find. Once white becomes so over extended, the rest of the gaem is usually pretty easy.
